i feel like people from design and tech backgrounds SUCK at like abstract and ambiguous research aka lots of generative and discovery research
they would ask lots of leading questions - sometimes you need to do discovery research to find out wtf u don’t know
like the problem isn’t always obvious
sometimes you need to do longitudinal research over months - aka does not fit “”””””””agile”””””””””
