There is a few ways to do this move, so it might vary depending on the routine. This one include the foot kick bump.
- Step out with your left foot, flag swooping down with you as you turn. Bring up right foot, keep it at your ankle, and spin to your left
- Complete spin by facing back in front and putting right foot down to stop spin. Flag comes back up.
- Move flag to your right so it is pointed down at an angle and meets your right foot, which comes up and touches/bumps the flag.
- Flag returned to ready position
