There is a few ways to do this move, so it might vary depending on the routine. This one include the foot kick bump.

  1. Step out with your left foot, flag swooping down with you as you turn. Bring up right foot, keep it at your ankle, and spin to your left
  2. Complete spin by facing back in front and putting right foot down to stop spin. Flag comes back up.
  3. Move flag to your right so it is pointed down at an angle and meets your right foot, which comes up and touches/bumps the flag.
  4. Flag returned to ready position
