Disc Clash is developed by Simpotek. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use the Disc Clash app.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT Disc Clash does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app runs entirely on your device. Your game progress, scores, and settings are saved locally on your device and are never sent to any server.

SUBSCRIPTION If you subscribe to Disc Clash Pro, your payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. Simpotek does not collect or store any payment information, names, or billing details. Apple’s privacy policy governs all payment transactions.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES Disc Clash does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect any data.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY Disc Clash is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children or any other users.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
