About the job:

We're seeking someone to join our fully remote team in a completely new role — a digital office manager.

Physical offices often have a manager who makes sure the office runs smoothly. As a fully remote team, we've realized we need someone who can help manage the office in a similar way.

Examples of responsibilities of the digital office manager include:

• planning & organizing company offsites
• scheduling game nights and social events for the team
• identifying new ways of improving team culture through activity & organization
• facilitating new employee onboarding and training
• organizing the company Notion & Discord to maximize the ability to find and search information.
• identifying & demo new tools, perks, technologies and processes that would be beneficial to the team

Compensation

• between $23-30/hour depending on experience and location
• part-time to start but with an option to move full-time

Ideal Candidate

• Should be able to work in an EST timezone, likely in the continental US or Canada and able to travel (e.g. we have team retreats 3x a year)
• Good at communicating, efficient at organization. Mess makes you uncomfortable.
• A gamer at heart, however you define that. As long as you love playing and want to help other people play, you'll be a great fit.
