We’re looking for someone who can come up with high-level strategies that move the needle while delivering tactical results to help make a lasting impact on our broken food system.

- We highly prefer candidates with:
- Previous experience in performance marketing, consulting, brand management, business analytics, or growth hacking.
- Equipment & previous food photography experience
- Familiarity with the following tools is highly preferred:
- Google Ads, Google Analytics
- Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Mailchimp/Klaviyo
- Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing calendar and performance marketing campaigns (40%)
- Assist our co-founder with monthly/quarterly strategic planning across all channels
- Lead the creation, execution, and measurement of paid ad campaigns, including but limited to Google Ads, social media ads, etc
- Keep a tab on our customer, industry landscape, and translate data-driven insights into solutions (30%)
- Prepare weekly marketing reports for co-founders to reflect sales, growth, retention rate, and more.
- Report key updates on our competitive landscape and identify ways to stand out.
- Act as an in-house Business Analyst to support our co-founder with P&L reporting and more, if needed
- Provide recommendations to drive awareness & conversion — even using unconventional ways!
- Support the planning & execution of other marketing initiatives (25%)
- Collaborate with our Designer to create graphics and edit short-form videos for our social media, advertisements, website, and other collaterals.
- Photograph and edit high-quality editorial pictures of Peko’s products if needed
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to support influencer and event efforts, if needed.
