Your Role

In your role as a Digital Learning Content Strategist, you work as team lead of our growing digital learning content team. You will directly work together with our leadership team on both strategic and operational projects to extend our state-of-the-art digital curricula in different technological areas such as data science, innovation management, productivity tools, or digital marketing.

This includes (but is not limited to) the following tasks and projects:

• Identify future skills and corporate learning needs based on your own market research and in close collaboration with our account managers and our international clients
• Translate upskilling needs into human-centered digital learning curricula and skill taxonomies (breaking down complex domains into their small components and "subskills")
• As the head of our content team, you will lead and manage your team of working students (includes hiring, project management, quality assurance, etc.)
• Build scalable content curation workflows to rapidly extend the portfolio of skills and learning content offered on edyoucated
• Scout, build, and negotiate partnerships with leading content providers to extend the variety of content on edyoucated
