The process:
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. The vacancy will close once a suitable candidate is appointed.
Organise exists to give workers the tools, network and confidence to win change at work. As a Campaigner, you will be part of the team that makes that happen every day.
You will work closely with the Head of Campaigns and the wider Organise team to support workers to build power, run campaigns and win real improvements to their lives at work. You will be a key point of contact for organisers using the Organise platform, helping them develop their strategy, sharpen their demands and use our tools to grow their campaigns.
Organise is a start up. That means priorities shift, we test and learn fast - you will not be stepping into a finished system, you will be helping build one. In 2026, our biggest organisational focus is growing worker power at scale to navigate AI workplace disruption, so this role is as much about growth and audience development as it is about running individual campaigns.
We are hiring at two experience levels within the same role. We expect people to grow in post, and we support progression.
