Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Digifi platform. By interacting with our smart contracts, interfaces, or affiliated bots, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Digifi.

🔧 1. Overview of the Service

Digifi is a permissionless, automated platform that enables users to:

• Deploy ERC-20 tokens on HyperEVM
• Initialize hyperswapV3 liquidity pools
• Share token metadata via chatbots or UI integrations

The service is non-custodial and fully on-chain. Users initiate all actions through their own wallets.

🧑‍⚖️ 2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Have full authority to use the wallet you interact with
• Not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of Digifi is prohibited by law

We do not provide service to users located in sanctioned regions.

🛠️ 3. No Custody, No Guarantee

Digifi:

• Does not hold or access your assets
• Cannot reverse or modify any on-chain transactions
