Class Schedule
Set within the context of Responsible Enterprise, the module supports students’ professional development by
- highlighting the practical professional knowledge and
- understanding needed to succeed in today’s ever-changing world of work
A selection of contemporary issues is provided as a backdrop for raising awareness of the skills and attributes required by employers. In addition, a focus on pre-professional identity development helps students to begin articulating their professional selves and exploring the skills and experience required in their intended career and industry.
🚫 What we expect from you
Your academic development, including
- independent enquiry,
- review of academic literature,
- research skills, and;
- reflective practice, encouraging students to identify links and similarities between academic and professional skills.
Assessment 🔑
- Individual oral poster presentation (12 minutes). Students will be required to present three key learning points from their reflective learning journals.
- Written individual project report that builds on the project outline (formative task) and presents the results of the small-scale project carried out 2500 words excluding appendices.
