We’re hiring a DevOps (Platform Engineer) for an AI-native LegalTech company building an LLM-driven platform for M&A workflows.

The product is moving from MVP to its first production launches, entering a critical scaling phase.

Your Mission

Take full ownership of the platform and make it production-ready, scalable, and reliable.

You will move the system from “working MVP” to a well-engineered, scalable foundation for growth.

What You’ll Own

• Kubernetes clusters across environments (dev → prod)
• CI/CD and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions)
• Workflow infrastructure (Temporal)
• Database reliability and performance (PostgreSQL + PgBouncer)
• Monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• Infrastructure cost, performance, and scalability

Tech stack:

Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, ArgoCD (GitOps), GitHub Actions (CI/CD), Temporal, PostgreSQL (CloudNativePG) + PgBouncer, Python (FastAPI), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), object storage & IAM, Langfuse (observability), Sealed Secrets, Qdrant (vector database) or similar ML-adjacent infrastructure

• Clear ownership and visibility over infrastructure
• Stable, predictable deployments
