What is Aircall

Aircall is a AI-powered communications platform used by 22,000+ companies to drive revenue and scale customer-facing teams. Translated to normal speak: we provide business phone capabilities to support and sales team across all industries across the world. Imagine black car rental services in the UK providing voice and messaging support, small doctor offices in Florida answering patient questions, and fencing suppliers in Australia making more sales. We have it all and it’s across the globe.

The design team works across the full product, which includes our agent surface, admin surface, mobile apps, and fully integrated widgets in CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce.

Who we are

We’re a team of 8 designers spread across San Francisco, Bellevue, France (Paris and remote), and Spain (Madrid and remote). We’re a genuinely international group: multiple nationalities, multiple time zones, and a genuine curiosity to learn about each other. We take the work but not ourselves too seriously.

What we believe

Good design is more than beautiful pixels. It’s about creating something genuinely useful for people who have real jobs to do. It’s about thinking through the E2E experience. It’s about having fun and bouncing ideas off each other.
