In summary I follow a discovery, definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing.
An example can look like this:
Check-Ins & Current To Do’s → a page to keep track of recurring check-ins meeting outlines, notes and todos that need to be accomplished within the week or a sprint.
Project Timeline → a page with a calendar or timeline tool to keep track of all meetings, goals, Jira’s (ticket system) and key events in the product’s timeline.
