• [ ] Are all deliverables from the brief complete (e.g., number of screens, interactions, prototypes)?
• [ ] Are constraints respected (e.g., logic order, regulatory fields, flow integrity)?
• [ ] Has the designer flagged any blockers or component issues they encountered?

Tip: Check the “Purpose” and “Boundaries” sections of your brief first - these define the design’s success criteria.

Section 2. Information Architecture & Logic

Flow Integrity

• [ ] Does the screen sequence match the approved wireframes or IA?
• [ ] Are data inputs in the correct order?
• [ ] Are branching or conditional flows represented accurately?
• [ ] Do all screens link together logically in prototype mode?

Usability Basics

• [ ] Are forms and layouts consistent with user expectations?
• [ ] Are key actions (submit, next, save) visually prioritized?
• [ ] Are related items grouped logically (e.g., demographics, measurements, notes)?

Tip: Designs should maintain the IA that has been defined - this keeps flows intact.
