Context and Alignment

Brief Adherence

• Does the design address the stated purpose of the brief?
• Are all deliverables from the brief complete (screens, interactions, prototypes as scoped)?
• Are constraints respected — technical, domain-specific, or otherwise noted in the Boundaries section?
• Has the designer flagged any blockers or component issues they encountered?

Information Architecture & Logic

Flow Integrity

• Does the screen sequence match the approved wireframes or IA?
• Are data inputs in the correct order?
• Are branching or conditional flows represented accurately?
• Do all screens link together logically in prototype mode?

Usability Basics

• Are forms and layouts consistent with user expectations?
• Are key actions (submit, next, save) visually prioritized?
• Are related items grouped logically?
