Objective

Weekly sweep of Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers design assets out of drift-prone source folders into the single canonical home ~/Documents/Design Elements - Current/, with mandatory visual sanity check before any reorganization (the firewall against the 2026-05-28 Billboards/B-Roll naming error).

What was accomplished

• Sweep ran clean on the host. 243 new design files copied in, 1,164 skipped as identical-hash (already present), 1 skipped by exclude pattern, 67 deduped to Duplicates/, 0 failures.
• By destination: Images-Other +138, HTML Elements +99, a- Review +6.
• Visual sanity check: all 12 flagged prefix groups verdict MATCH. Read 3 sample images per group and confirmed each prefix accurately describes content. No MISMATCH, no MIXED, so no rename approval was needed and nothing was held for Sam. Groups covered: Happy Clients / client photos (real client+community photography), 2025-* billboard photos (genuine OUTFRONT + digital boards), section-* page-section mockups, lp-* landing-page mockups, Gemini_Generated_Image_* (genuine AI-generated images), sail-* web hero/featured imagery, and Google Review Design cards (light + dark variants).
• No flat-dump subfolder proposals generated (a- Review received only 6 files this run, below the 100-file threshold), so step 5 had nothing to apply.
• Sources intact — copies only, no originals moved or deleted.

Problems / friction

• Cowork bash 45s timeout cannot complete a large copy. The in-sandbox run timed out copying ~1,200 candidates (slow FUSE mount, recurring "Resource deadlock avoided"). It left only 2 partial copies (non-corrupt, hash-idempotent). The run only completed by executing on the host via Desktop Commander, which finished in seconds with 0 failures. Future runs should go host-first.
• Canonical crossed the 2,000-unique-file flag (now ~2,250 unique). The skill says surface this for triage. a- Review is only 150, well under the 700 triage threshold, so pressure is low, but the library is growing.
• 4 source folders in references/source-folders.txt are missing on disk (sa-template-reference, lexington-car-accident-redesign, SAIL-Design-Library, retired design-system-upload). Skipped cleanly; candidates for pruning.

QA: clean

0 zero-byte/truncated files introduced, 0 copy failures, all 12 visual groups MATCH, originals intact. Reversible: this run's additions all live under Images-Other/from-*, HTML Elements/from-*, a- Review/from-* subfolders plus Duplicates/; deleting those from-* folders rolls the run back.
