Which delivery service providers do Fairmart use?
Fairmart uses J&T Express Paperless, Qxpress, and SingPost Standard. Your order has to fulfill its respective packing requirements.

👉🏻 J&T Express Paperless allows you to deliver your parcel without having to print out the air waybill! Simply write the tracking number (AWB No.) with the receiver’s name & contact number on the parcel with any permanent ink, and wait for pick up at your door.
Qxpress, and SingPost Standard require printed and pasted air waybill ****on the parcel.

- Same-day pick up: For orders made before 1.50pm, parcel will be collected on the same day between 9am - 9pm (subject to availability). Please check the delivery info in the order page on Fairmart for the confirmed collection date.
- Delivery time frame: 1-3 working days delivery within coverage areas. Delivery is made between 9am - 9pm.
- Insurance: All shipments come with basic insurance of a maximum SGD100 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value. However it’s your responsibility to pack orders correctly. E.g. wine bottles need to have soft wrap-around.
How do I package my order for delivery?

All parcels must be covered 100% using external packaging. Additional
markings and/ or labels may be applied to the external packaging during
the delivery process.

Carton boxes have to be closed and sealed securely with heavy-duty carton sealing tape. Boxes that are not sealed properly will be not be accepted by the delivery provider. We’re unable to refund delivery cost if they do not accept the parcel.

Maximum weight is 30kg and the maximum dimension is L+W+H = 300cm, with the greatest dimension not exceeding 150cm on one side.
