For a User Story to be considered "ready" for a sprint the following conditions should be met:
- Requirements should be well-defined
- All potential dependencies have been identified
- Story is small enough to fit into one sprint
- Story has been estimated in a Refinement session
- All necessary designs, copy and other artefacts have been added to the story
- Story has acceptance criteria that can be tested
