HealthKit Data

DeepSwim accesses the following data from Apple HealthKit with your explicit permission:

• Swimming Workouts: Distance, duration, pool length, and workout timestamps
• Heart Rate: Average, maximum, and recovery heart rate during swims
• Stroke Data: Stroke count, stroke style (freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly)
• Calories: Active energy burned during swimming workouts
• SWOLF Score: Swimming efficiency metric calculated from your workout data

How We Use This Data

Your HealthKit data is used exclusively to:

• Display your swimming workout history
• Calculate performance metrics (pace, efficiency, training load)
• Generate trend charts and progress reports
• Provide AI coaching insights (only when you explicitly request them)
