About the project:

Decor Space is a Ukrainian interior brand specializing in premium decorative wall panels. The task was to redesign the e-commerce experience and create a modern, elegant interface that aligns with the brand’s craftsmanship and aesthetic identity.

My role: UI Designer

Format: Real client project

Scope: Reference analysis, client interview, site structure, homepage wireframe, full UI design for several pages

Outcome:

A refined and contemporary e-commerce website that enhances the brand’s premium positioning and elevates the visual presentation of products.

Stakeholder Interview

At the start of the project, I interviewed the client to learn about their business goals, product details, target audience, and brand expectations. Key insights included:

• The brand identity should feel natural, stylish, and minimalist, with a focus on craftsmanship.
• The website must showcase product photography as the key visual element.
• Navigation needs to be clean, simple, and easy for customers to use while searching through various product categories.
• The redesign should change how people view the brand, emphasizing premium quality.

Reference Analysis

I looked into modern furniture and interior e-commerce websites. I focused on how they display textures, use neutral colors, and keep minimalist layouts.

The research revealed several patterns:

• Soft neutral tones support the luxury feel.
• Large imagery and subtle typography create an editorial atmosphere.
