다문화교육을 연구하는 초등학교 교사입니다. 학생과 교사의 문화적 정체성이 교육 현장에 어떻게 반영되는지, 그리고 교육이 정체성 탐색과 이해에 어떤 역할을 할 수 있는지에 관심을 두고 있습니다.

I am a teacher-researcher with a focus on multicultural education. I am interested in the cultural identities of teachers and students, how these identities influence educational practice, and how education can support the exploration and understanding of identity.
