Group project

Option A: Analysis

Find an existing work that involves participant interaction. It can involve technological and/or analog systems as long as it is process-based. Analyze the work using at least 2 diagramming methods introduced in class. Use sufficient detail such that others could read your diagrams and get a fundamental understanding of the work's operating mechanics. Prepare a 10 minute presentation with your group that describes the work, your process for analyzing it, a critique of the piece and its interaction model(s). The presentation should include some of the design and systems vocabulary introduced in previous sessions. Submit both slides and diagrams.

Option B: Concept

Create a concept for a work that involves participant interaction. It can involve technological and/or analog systems as long as it is process-based. Describe the concept using at least 2 diagramming methods introduced in class. Use sufficient detail such that others could read your diagrams and get a fundamental understanding of your work's operating mechanics. Prepare a 10 minute presentation with your group that describes the work, the approach you'd take in its construction and how participants would interact with it. The presentation should include some of the design and systems vocabulary introduced in previous sessions. Submit both slides and diagrams.
