On Perspective & Decision-Making:

• Perspective shapes the right outcomes. Yet it's often the quietest voice in the room.
• Insight > data. Data helps you see. Insight tells you what to do.
• Be bold in decisions, flexible in truth. Conviction matters… adaptability wins.
• Move fast on reversible decisions, deliberate on the permanent ones.
• Bias is inevitable. So is assumption. Staying aware of both leads to better bets.

On Building & Scaling:

• Build with people, not for them. That’s how products and trust scale.
