• Insight > data. Data helps you see. Insight tells you what to do.
• Be bold in decisions, flexible in truth. Conviction matters… adaptability wins.
• Move fast on reversible decisions, deliberate on the permanent ones.

On Building & Scaling:

• Build with people, not just for them. That’s how products and trust scale.
• You don't scale by doing more. You scale by thinking better.
• If it's not helping someone, it's not worth building.
