DateWise is designed as a personal dating management tool that prioritizes your privacy. We believe your dating data is personal and sensitive information that should remain under your control at all times.

We've built DateWise as an offline-first application where all your data remains on your device and is not shared with us or any third parties without your explicit consent.

DateWise operates primarily as a local application. All information you enter (including dating profiles, date records, notes, ratings, and any other content) is stored locally on your device.

We do not collect personal information through the App except in the following limited circumstances:

• App analytics data to improve app performance and features (this is anonymized and contains no personal data) • Crash reports to help us fix technical issues • App Store purchase information if you subscribe to premium features

Data Storage and Security

All your dating data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Local database encryption • Optional biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID) • Secure data export options

No data is transmitted to our servers as part of normal app operation. If you enable cloud backups through your device's settings, your data may be included in those backups according to your device's backup settings.

Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data within DateWise:

• Access all your data directly within the app • Export your data in standard formats for portability • Delete individual records or all data at any time • Enable additional security features like biometric authentication

Data Deletion

When you delete data in DateWise, it is immediately removed from the app's database. If you uninstall the app, all app data will be removed according to your device's standard data removal processes.
