Your Lifeline activity data lives locally on your Mac, in the app's private storage. We don't host it on our servers, so it isn't tied to any account you sign in to.
The only data that leaves your Mac is optional: anonymous usage analytics (which you can turn off in Preferences > Account) and, if you enable them, phone notifications for break reminders. Neither includes the content of your sessions or labels.
Because your data stays on your device, you stay in control of it. You can export it, back it up, clear it, or reset your anonymous analytics identity from Preferences.
For the full detail on how we handle data and your rights, see our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
