For most of my career, analytics has been the engine running quietly behind everything else — the models I built to forecast revenue, the dashboards I designed to align executive decisions, the pricing frameworks that grew incremental revenue from $500K to $3.1M annually. The analytical work was never separate from the strategy. It was the strategy.
What's changed isn't my skills or my instincts — it's my focus. After a decade of leading a $65M business unit where finance, operations, and analytics were all part of the same job, I've made a deliberate decision to bring that full depth into a role where data and financial analysis are the primary output, not one of many responsibilities. Analytics has been at the core of every significant result in my career. I'm ready for it to be the whole job.
