Data Dashboard

View your organisation’s case activity in real time using the Data Dashboard.

Viewing & Refining Your Data

You can view your Data Dashboard by clicking the Data icon in the sidebar.

<aside> 💡 When you open the Data Dashboard you will see the number of cases added in the last 7 days by default.

You can use the various filters to refine the data you’re viewing.

You can customise the date range by selecting exact dates or using the preselected date periods.

You can then refine the data further using the Status, Variable, Metric, Primary Group and Secondary Group dropdown menus. Note: Secondary Group is only accessible if you’re viewing a Summary Table, not a Stacked Bar.

• Status: choose between selecting all your cases or only active or archived cases
• Variable: choose to view Cases or Compensation. With the option to view Compensation, Days Open and Readability Score for archived cases only
