When shopper interacts with your Fairmart's page, the interaction is recorded as Event at Dashboard page of My Fairmart
Let's review the information available here:
Panel shows how many online orders (paid by Card or PayNow) orders you generated in a given period of time:
Panel shows engagement you've got from Fairmart at not direct sales channels, such as when Shoppers send you WhatsApps, emails or call you. When Shoppers click on your address on your Fairmart page, it's recorded as a 'Direction Request'.
