The "Dashboard" is the place to go to gain a more granular understanding of your performance or that of another team member. It offers all sorts of information including review comments, feedback notes, performance scores, historic reviews, and reports. This is a quick guide on what you can expect to see.

This is the top section of the Dashboard. Here, you will be able to see comments that have been left when team members are asked to provide them alongside the review questions. The second tab, "Feedback", shows all the written information left by managers for this team member.

Other than automatically being asked for feedback, managers can elect to give feedback manually. Your feedback can be set to have different visibilities, including or not including specific team members.

Team members and managers can also use this section to leave notes. Notes are just simple messages left by each user for future reference. For example, a team member does something they think is noteworthy, so they add a message to make sure they are able to recall it later during a 1:1. Notes are private to the person that wrote them — they are not visible to managers or administrators.

Each employee has a general performance number that fluctuates with time and changes with each review. The idea of this is to provide the individual and their manager with a high-level view of how they're doing. It's meant to be a directional indicator for quick reference.

Here, we can also see the number of reviews that this team members has received from others, as well as the number of reviews they, themselves, have completed. You also have the option of leaving a direct review.
