Dashboard is the place where you can see different statistics of your returns and exchange process with Return Rabbit.

There are two parts of our dashboard.

Overview Information:

The first part is the information displayed on the Overview screen. You can choose to view this information for the Last 7 days or the Last 30 days. You can switch the date range by changing the toggles.

Requests Processed

This gives you the number of Requests that you have processed so far in the chosen duration.

Revenue Retained via Exchanges

Revenue Retained via Gift Cards

Refunds Processed

Total Orders

This gives you the breakdown of the total orders and the Returns/Exchanges on them, along with the percentages of the Refunds & Exchanges.

Refunds vs Exchanges

This gives you the number of returns and exchanges out of your total service requests.
