Terms and Conditions

By commissioning me you accept the terms I indicate below.

• Payment:
  • Once the information and details of the commission have been finalized, 50% of the price must be paid to begin drawing.
  • Payment will be made via PayPal.
• Character and references:
  • Visual references will be requested; collage-style illustrations, Pinterest profiles or any other online reference site are acceptable.
    • Even AI-generated references are acceptable if exact references cannot be found: invented objects, original ideas, and new concepts.
  • If the characters are original, they must have been drawn or modeled at least once; references made with AI are not accepted.
• Process:
  • The first product sent will be the sketches of the piece to obtain approval, you can verify that it’s of your liking, changes you want to make or ideas to add. Once the sketch is approved I won't be able to make any major changes.
    • If you require any changes to the sketch after it has been created, an additional $20 will be charged. Without exceptions.
  • Due to the working method, refunds are not accepted; you can cancel the order before the sketch is sent.
• These drawings are for non-commercial use only.
• By commissioning me, you agree that the artwork and WIPs may appear on my social media and portfolio, unless you wish otherwise, in which case please let me know.

Process

1. Sketch:
   1. The sketch are created, including poses, values, lighting, and color, based on your instructions and references to verify that it is to your liking.
      1. It is at this stage where changes can be made; further along the process, an additional charge will be added.
2. Payment:
   1. Once your satisfaction with the sketch is confirmed, payment is made via PayPal and once receipt is confirmed, I proceed with the line art and color.
3. Lineart, Color and Details:
   1. During this process, I will send watermarked WIPs to verify that is everything is correct. At this stage, radical changes will incur an extra charge.
4. Finish piece:
   1. Once I've finished, I'll send a watermarked WIP to confirm completion. The remaining payment will be requested afterward, and once received, I'll send you the final piece without watermark.
      1. What you will receive is the PNG of the illustration via Google Drive or Gmail.
