This template is my personal task management and habit formation system that can be used to help other people track their daily routines and plan out their daily or weekly
I use an in-line calendar to make sure I'm following healthy routines on a daily basis (it's good for stringing together streaks). The template button is also very helpful for generating the same format of task list for each day to reinforce habits and ensure I'm being mindful of what I want to accomplish. I hope this can serve as some inspiration for others who are trying to establish regular and healthy habits in their lives.
