This page covers your daily work rhythm — what to do every day to stay on top of the role.
Daily Habits
- Check email inboxes — both brands. You'll receive emails to your Toolkit Manager address from both Franchise Sellers and Company Sellers communications. Triage what's urgent, archive what's resolved, flag what needs follow-up.
- Complete your CRM tasks for the day. Open Deal Studio, filter your tasks by today, work through them. Don't delete tasks — they're your audit trail. Set the next task immediately after each one.
- Process any seller responses on forwarded buyer profiles. If a seller has replied with a decision (mark lost / grant access / need more info), process it in DealBuilder right away. Quick turnaround keeps the buyer pipeline warm.
- Send any 3-day buyer follow-up emails that are due. When a buyer profile has been with the seller for 3 business days without a response, send the single follow-up email. (See Managing the Buyer Process.)

- Bi-weekly buyer screenshot email to each active seller (see Seller Management)
- Monthly seller check-in calls scheduled out for each listing
- 2-week-out expiration warnings when listings approach term-end
