  1. Routine to be followed daily as long I am in good health and have no urgent matters.
  2. Take weekends off.
  3. Use social media only during breaks.
  4. Cut distractions.
  5. Ksh. 1K fine if I don’t do what I am supposed to do on a specific day without a better explanation.

7:00 Wake Up

7:00 - 7:30 Work out.

7:30 - 8:00 Cold Shower

8:00 - 8:30 Prepare for the day

8:30 - 10:00 Work on my ebook

10:00 - 10:20 Break

10:20 - 11:20 Client Work

11:20 - 11:40 Break

11:40 - 12:40 Client Work

12:40 - 2:00 Break

2:00 - 15:00+ Social Media
