• Wrote the canonical report ~/Documents/Codex/repo-health/2026-06-01.md (all 11 sections) and appended the QA mirror to ~/Documents/Codex/_qa-queue/2026-06-01.md.

Findings

• GREEN: P1 NOTION_TOKEN present in Notion-wiki (with ANTHROPIC_API_KEY); P2 zero disabled workflows; V4 secret-store in sync (secrets_github_only empty across all 12); no failing CI; vault flat at 295 keys.
• Only real movement: sail-command-center main advanced 62ddbd1 → afea9d6 (+6 design-library commits, 05-31 12:05Z). No CI configured, nothing to triage. Local copy (30 dirty files) may still need a pull.
