P3 resolved. sail-seo dirty count went from 800 to 0. Branch switched from agent/visual-normalize-sweep-2026-04-23 to agent/credential-redaction-2026-05-04; working tree clean; 1 commit (a8138c8) ahead of origin/main ready to land.
2 daily reports missed (2026-05-06 and 2026-05-07). Runner is healthy and produced clean JSON in this session, so the gap is at the cron / scheduled-task layer. New P8 added.

sail-seo scope-scan-daily workflow remains disabled_manually (day 10).
sail-googleads is still a non-git folder on disk; the GitHub remote was 404 in prior runs.
Dependabot still missing on all 8 git repos.
Three repos (sail-litify, sail-marketing, sail-templates) still have agent branches without upstream.
