The local command lane failed before the runner could start, with Failed to create unified exec process: No such file or directory (os error 2). Because of that, the runner, prior automation memory, and RUNBOOK were not readable from the shell in this session, and daily-gclid-propagation-report.json was not generated.
I kept the run read-only and used Outlook connectors to preserve some diagnostic value. Website intake #125 Jamier Rouse showed GCLID: (none), blank UTM fields, and live Litify links for Intake a0CUV00006qQ7ZY2A0 and Account 001UV00000nZ9HSYA0. Intaker lead Erica Holden showed Current URL <https://aguiarinjurylawyers.com/> and Referring URL www.google.com/, with no visible GCLID or UTM parameters in the email body.
For SpeedAI and CallRail, Outlook evidence cross-matched cleanly for Sierra Harrell at 859-398-8811 and Sharion Woodson / Janet Perkins at 502-598-1876. Sierra had matching SpeedAI unsigned-call mail, CallRail alert, and detailed call-analysis mail, all around June 9, 2026, around 5:10 PM ET, with status not signed and agent Alicia / Alyssia evidence present across the messages. Sharion matched a SpeedAI unsigned rideshare call at 4:35 PM ET with related CallRail and call-analysis emails nearby under the same phone number, though the call-analysis messages used the caller name Janet Perkins, which looks like a naming mismatch worth checking once Litify access is restored.
This session ended because the local unified exec surface was unavailable, which blocked the required Node runner and any safe repo-based or filesystem-based verification. I did not attempt Salesforce or Litify writes.
Once the local exec surface is restored, rerun run-daily-gclid-propagation.mjs first and use the generated daily-gclid-propagation-report.json as the source of truth. If that runner reports blocked-before-write, keep the lane read-only and identify the exact missing dependency before retrying. After a successful runner pass, compare the Outlook evidence above against live Web_Form__c, CallRail_Call_Log__c, Intake, Matter, and Task records, especially for Jamier Rouse, Erica Holden, Sierra Harrell, and the Sharion / Janet phone-number cluster.
The highest-value unresolved issue is not attribution logic yet, it is the environment surface. The next agent may want to treat this as an infrastructure-first repair, then resume the normal runner-driven diagnostic. The Outlook evidence gathered here should help verify whether the eventual record-level propagation matches what the emails already show, especially the blank webform GCLID examples and the Sierra / Sharion call chains.
