Session Objective

Sam selected the recommended follow-up path after the daily SAIL KB follow-up and drift scan. The goal was to act on the safest high-value cleanup items without taking destructive or cost-increasing action.

Work Completed

• Verified the live Google Ads account 3813916687 for Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers through the NotFair connector.
• Confirmed the Spanish campaign a - SAIL - Accidentes (Spanish) 2026 was enabled with a $130 daily budget and had spent $455.47 yesterday with 0 conversions, and $1,419.31 over the last 7 days with 0 conversions.
• Added phrase-match negatives to the existing shared lists instead of pausing the campaign: Spanish PI Negatives, Universal Negatives, and Competitor Negatives.
• Verified Google Ads change log entries for the added negatives, including changes 134565, 134566, 134568, 134569, 134570, 134571, 134574, 134576, 134579, 134581, 134584, 134586, 134587, 134588, 134590, and 134591.
• Promoted the newer post-run-qa-reflection scheduled copy into the canonical Projects skill and Skills_Library mirror so all three copies now match version: 1.7.0.
• Resolved the append-only merge conflict in /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Repos/sail-litify/Litify_AI_Integration_Project/OPS_LEDGER.md, keeping both sides of the operational ledger.
• Cleared a stale zero-byte git index lock after confirming no process owned it, then staged the resolved ledger file.

Verification

• diff -q confirmed canonical, scheduled, and Skills_Library post-run-qa-reflection copies now match.
• rg confirmed version: 1.7.0, FALLBACK LADDER, MANDATORY AVAILABILITY, and 1.7.0 are present in the reconciled skill files.

• git diff --check -- Litify_AI_Integration_Project/OPS_LEDGER.md returned clean.

Pending Items

• Website H1/image repairs are still pending. They should use the WordPress-safe staging workflow, not direct live post_content edits.
• Contact intake mapping and automation verification remain pending because they need live workflow and source-of-truth checks.
• Spanish campaign performance should be checked again after the negative additions have had time to affect spend. No campaign pause or budget decrease was performed.
