- Key concerns: Users are unclear about fund usage (15 responses) and struggle to use their monthly budget (14 responses)
- Primary pain points:
- Card and budget management issues, particularly with leftover amounts
- Transaction rejection uncertainty
- Users forgetting to switch back from personal accounts
- Complex onboarding process
- Travel-related concerns: Users lack clarity about which operators they can use when traveling overseas
