This project focuses on the visitor stage before sign-up, when users are still deciding whether the platform is worth committing to.
Analysis indicates that visitor drop-off occurs during early interaction, primarily due to uncertainty about platform value and perceived commitment required for registration.
Visitors were exposed to product complexity before clearly understanding the platform’s value. Registration therefore appeared to require a higher commitment than users were ready to make.
The redesign focuses on reducing hesitation at critical entry points and helping visitors feel ready to register.
Primary Objective
Increase visitor → sign-up conversion rate by reducing hesitation in the early experience.
