Proposed work plan (6 months)

The project consists of 4 phases:

• Phase I: Define product requirements and engage supporters
• Phase II: Develop standard together with supporters
• Phase III: Build PoC while standard is being finalized
• Phase IV: Push adoption and oversee rollout

Throughout these 4 phases, we will be focused on defining the standard, developing the proof of concept implementation, and ecosystem outreach.

Phase 1

Ecosystem Outreach

We will actively target strategic entities in the ecosystem and seek buy-in by creating opportunities for them to contribute to the project. During this phase, the focus will be on building awareness of the project and inviting contributors to participate in defining the product requirements for the standard we wish to create.

Currently, we believe the standard would be most useful if it can:

• Store organizational metadata as text records on ENS names
• Convey the structure of that data so consumers know how to find what they are looking for
• Enable machine-readable on-chain lookups for as much data as possible
• Define a method of retrieving off-chain data when storing certain records on-chain is undesirable or unfeasible
