Roles
Active Member
Purpose: To contribute to the pursuit of the guild’s mission.

- Can vote on proposals (i.e. grants, governance)
- Can post proposals for vote
- Can hold elected guild roles
- Can vote in guild elections
- Can participate in guild-wide compensation events (i.e. coordinape, credentials) | - Must record contributions on the guild kanban boards or bounty board
- Must complete membership criteria as defined in Untitled (https://bankless.notion.site/60da2090c9c34732bc7e89c71a3fba24) |
Guild Coordinator
Purpose: To steward the seasonal operations of the guild.

Responsibilities (must dos) |
| - Can decide seasonal Guild-wide priorities |
- Must document the seasonal guild priorities and share with the guild and DAO-at-large (i.e. state of the guild forum post) |
- Must post a “state of the guild” on the DAO forum once a season
- Must report active members to the DAO-at-large at least once a season |
| - Can set Guild-wide procedures (i.e. tactical meetings, kaban structure, etc) | - Must update the progress of guild-wide work weekly (i.e. on kanban)
- Must document and share guild procedures |
| - Can be a member of the PM Guild Multisig | - Must take on all responsibilities described in Multisigners (https://bankless.notion.site/Multisigners-502ed055adf042d39443216851dab545) |
Talent Coordinator
Purpose: To attract and retain guild contributors.

| - Can set seasonal Talent workstream priorities |
- Must report on talent efforts in the “state of the guild” seasonal forum post |
- Must document talent workstream priorities |
| | - Must try to help external requests for talent find PM Talent |
Education Coordinator
Purpose: To facilitate creation and promotion of PM educational materials

| - Can set seasonal Education Workstream priorities |

- Can define seasonal Education Workstream metrics | - Must report on metrics monthly
- Must report on educational efforts in the “state of the guild” seasonal forum post
- Must document and share the education workstream priorities |
| | - Must traffic educational materials i.e. get people to use educational materials (not themselves, get help) |
Guild Accountant
Purpose: To track and report on the guild’s on-chain resources.

| - Can set guild accounting procedures |
- Must report on the state of the guild’s on-chain resources monthly |
- Must report on guild’s on-chain resources in the “state of the guild” seasonal forum post |
| - Can be a member of the PM Guild Multisg | - Must take on all responsibilities described in Multisigners (https://bankless.notion.site/Multisigners-502ed055adf042d39443216851dab545)
- Must submit a monthly “payroll” transaction to the multisig to compensate guild contributors |
