When a user creates a post, they do not know when other users have commented on their post, or liked/shared the post.

Create a Notification panel in the web app to display notifications related to posts that the user has created. Obeys settings from the Notification Settings page:

• Author: creates a post, sees Notifications in a Notification panel when there is activity (comment, like, share) on their post

User type 2

• Commentor: Comments on a post, which generates a Notification to the Author's notification panel
