I am a customer service representative turned QA tester and technical writer, combining my background in client support with a passion for delivering flawless, user-friendly products. My journey from assisting customers to testing and documenting software has given me a unique perspective, I understand both the end-user experience and the technical processes behind the scenes.

Over the past year, I have tested multiple websites, identified and documented bugs, and created clear process documentation to help teams work efficiently. Whether it’s improving usability, logging issues in Jira, or writing step-by-step guides, I aim to ensure products meet high quality standards and users enjoy a seamless experience.
