Strengths?
- To start off I really made it a point to sit on my hands today. I wanted to trade my live account so I really wanted to stress not just jumping into the trade. Secondly, I didn't let my emotions get in the way while I was in the trade. It wasn't the best trade so when we were in drawdown I was tempted to cut it but I caught myself in real time and was able to remove those emotions and flip back into rational mode. On the other side of the pancake when I finally made the analysis that there just wasn't enough downside momentum I cut the trade but that was not an emotional decision. Another big strength was my executio, it was fast and accurate! Didn't fumble around pr get into the wrong contracts.
Weaknesses?
- Okay one I noticed after the fact was over risking. Originally I was looking into WMT for a trade which contracts were only like $60 which was perfect size to start live trading IMO. Long story short HIMS started to breakout (noticed the switch and selected correct cons whjch is also a big win bc ive had problems with that before) and instead of checking contract prices I just bought one for 12% of my current portfolio. I got lucky as right when I exited price turned around and went right to my stop
