You can help people navigate through event info included in the brochure. Think of it as a glorious combined map legend and event info document.

As you’ll see above, for a 2000-person Academic Fair, we helped people navigate to different programs by naming the floors after certain subjects. This, combined with having a minimap of tables as seen above and using the brochure to help people navigate, created an easy layout for students to search for and find the academic programs they wanted to talk to.
