Circle is building the modern community platform for creators, startups, and businesses. With a $1.3m seed led by Notation Capital, our team has a strong track record in building successful SaaS products (Teachable, Gumroad), and is fully remote.

We've been working closely with an exciting group of high-profile creators and businesses, and have reached a customer support tipping point (one of 'em good problems!). So — we're looking our first customer support team member. The role is remote-only, and we're open to both full-time and contract, with a strong preference to start with part-time contract hours.

Our ideal candidate is someone with impeccable written communication skills and the ability to be pick up technical workflows and product knowledge at a fast pace. If you see yourself as someone who meets that definition and could thrive in the ambiguity of an early startup with some serious traction, this is likely an ideal role for you.

We would love for all our early team members to grow their careers as we grow; faster than they can in most other places. If you want to eventually lead and supervise a customer support team, and prove to be up for the job when we need it, we're not going to look past you.
