We are looking for someone with amazing customer service and relationship skills that is looking to build a career in the financial services industry.

You'll represent Kernel and work with a broad range of our retail customers - from beginner investors to those with lots of experience. You love to help others, educate and learn, attend events and take pride in your work.

A passion for finance or investing is a must, but direct investment experience is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent Kernel, our values and vision.
• Assist, educate and support both potential and existing customers via phone, email, chat and in-person support.
• Educate on our product range, investment platform and provide general client support services.
• Manage day-to-day customer service duties (i.e. manage all inbound customer enquiries, proactively follow up on customer issues, report problems to the tech or operations teams).
• Attend Kernel customer events, with the opportunity to attend external conferences and seminars.
• Work with our third-party partners to ensure a smooth and excellent customer experience.
• Work closely with the Kernel team to enhance and shape our product roadmap, feeding back relevant and timely customer feedback to relevant teams. This includes the chance to directly influence the direct customer experience.
