✒️ As a Customer Success Specialist in Alphamoon, you make sure that our customers are comfortable and ready to get the most out of our product. You’ll take them through the launch lifecycle that involves the whole process - from sending customer the right software version and credentials to instructing them on how to use your product.

- Guiding & onboarding new customers. Help them find best solutions within our software and provide best practices to ensure that our customers are achieving their business goals. Be their hero!
- Build professional relationships with clients. Establish and maintain relationships with customers using your communication skills.
- Collect feedback from customers to help develop our platform. Engage with Alphamoon’s customers to collect theirs insights and help us shape the future of our software.
- Ensure that customers receive superior service. Interpret their requirements and guarantee on-time deliveries.
- Support growth in marketing & sales. Help the business team thrive by processing deals in a fast and controlled manner.
