Finli is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to be part of our growing team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the voice and face of Finli to existing small business customers and their customers. You’ll be responsible for delivering a high level of customer support, retaining customers, and driving customer revenue growth.
Being part of an early stage startup means that you will have the opportunity to grow with the company and have lots of exposure to different parts of the business. We love what we do and are passionate about working hard to help our small business customers grow their businesses.
What you’ll be doing:
- Performing orientations with new small business customers to help them understand what tools they have to maximize the use of Finli
- Helping customers understand the process and timeline of invoicing through Finli
- Troubleshoot issues brought up by customers by phone, video conference, and email+chat
- Managing a ticketing queue of incoming customer requests
- Troubleshooting and when necessary escalating complex product-related issues
- Building and contributing to internal tools (such as an FAQ repository) to help scale customer service processes
- Leveraging internal templates where they exist to give a consistent experience
- Consistently meet team and individual targets
