Description

Play a pivotal role in growing Akute from the early days! Help us onboard new customers, ensure they know how to use the product and how to be successful, clear up confusions and communicate to the team where to make product improvements based on customer interactions. As the first CSM hire you'll be expected to wear many hats. This role would involve everything from success & support, potential customer demos, marketing, webinars, etc and we will rely on you to suggest new initiatives.

Remote - U.S. only

Full-time. However, we are open to contract work initially with the intent to convert to full-time if both sides are happy.

We are looking for someone entrepreneurial. You’ll be among our first hires on this exciting journey and will have the opportunity to take on significant projects, own large parts of the customer journey, and grow together with Akute.
